At the Center for Cultural Cancer Communication (4C)
we use communication to help eliminate cancer disparities.

Communication is one of the most powerful tools we have to fight cancer. It can teach us important new information, motivate us to live healthier lives, and help us make informed decisions about our health care.

4C is part of the Health Communication Research Laboratory (HCRL) at the The Brown School of Social Work at Washington Univerity in St. Louis. The HCRL has been designated as a Center of Excellence at Washington University, and is one of four Centers of Excellence in Cancer Communication Research awarded by the National Cancer Institute.
